Uninstall Software & Preserve License

STEP ONE

In Windows 7, click the Start Windows 7 Start Button button

Windows 8 & Windows 10, right-click the "Start" windows 8 tile button.

STEP TWO

Click Control Panel - A menu will appear

STEP THREE

Click Programs and Features - You may have to select Programs first

STEP FOUR

Select our program and click Uninstall - Can also right-click to Uninstall

  • The program names are typically alphabetized
  • Look for UB04software.com's or UB-04's - e.g. UB04software.com's HCFA-1500
    • STEP FIVE

    If it asks "Are you sure you wish to completely remove...?" Click Yes.
